John Davis has over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, including executive positions at CB Richard Ellis and Bank of America. At CBRE he negotiated over 200 million square feet of outsourcing contracts and managed over 1,000 Corporate Solutions professionals involved in the fulfillment of transaction, project and facitilities management contracts. As Senior Vice President of California Corporate Real Estate for Bank of America, he managed 22 million square feet of space. With Capstan, Mr. Davis has managed global outsourcing processes for the facilities management and transactions functions and integrated real estate solutions. He leads Capstan's development of contract negotiations strategies and training programs for client personnel in contract governance. Mr. Davis is founding Board Member of CoreNet Global, a former Chairman of the Board at NACORE, a former President of the Institute for Corporate Real Estate, and a licensed architect.
Mr. Davis
holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of
Southern California. He currently serves on the Planning Commission in
San Dimas, California.
