Parman has over 30 years of real estate experience as a chief financial officer, portfolio strategist and management consultant. Prior to joining Capstan in 2008, Ms. Parman was the CFO of CoreNet Global for five years. Previous positions included management consulting roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis, where she focused on portfolio optimization and site selection. Ms. Parman specializes in improvement initiatives for corporate real estate departments, including outsourcing and process reengineering. Areas of expertise include portfolio strategy, lease administration, technology and finance. Ms. Parman serves on the Finance Committee of CoreNet Global as an instructor in the MCR Finance program and on the Board of Directors of CoreNet's Atlanta chapter.
Ms. Parman holds a California CPA license and an Executive MBA from UCLA in International Management and Finance.
