Kent Wiegel was the former Senior Vice President in Charge of Corporate Properties at Washington Mutual Bank, where he worked for 22 years managing over 250 real estate professionals and 3,000 properties with 25 million square feet of space. With Capstan he has concentrated on sourcing strategy and outsourcing process management for banks, utilities and non-profits. He leads Capstan's project management process improvement engagements, and developed our program management approach to transitioning clients to new service delivery platforms.
Mr. Wiegel is a past President of CoreNet Global in Washington and earned an MCR designation (Masters of Corporate Real Estate). He holds a CPA license in Washington and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
